Product Delivery

To be able to make timely delivery of orders through home delivery service, we have a coverage area that includes Medellín, Bello, Envigado, Itagüí, Sabaneta, and La Estrella.

If during the dispatch stage in the purchase process the customer accepts having read the dispatch and delivery policies, but still, the address indicated in the order is outside the coverage area, customer service will contact you by phone or email to coordinate delivery to another address that is within the home delivery coverage area. If it is not possible to coordinate the delivery, the order will be canceled and if money has been debited, the refund will be made to the same payment method.

Important

In the event that an incorrect address is entered and, after correction, the new address results in an additional shipping cost, such additional cost shall be borne by the customer.

When does my delivery promise begin?

The delivery promise made by www.harrypasteleria.com starts from the approval of the order, which will be notified via email.

When payments are made by credit cards, the order approval time is up to your bank. The bank carries out various assurance processes to confirm the veracity of the purchase; these times vary according to the bank and are completely beyond the responsibility of www.harrypasteleria.com.

The information filled in during the purchase process (personal data, telephone, and address) must be complete, correct, and clear, as this depends on our ability to meet the delivery time promise.

Delivery Time of Our Products

Our delivery times are from Monday to Saturday during the following delivery hours:

  • Morning schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
  • Afternoon schedule: 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance and we do NOT make deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

Exceptions:

Only in the Santa Mónica neighborhood, we offer immediate deliveries without the need for 24 hours' anticipation. This exception is only valid from Monday to Saturday and does not apply on Sundays or public holidays.

Pickup at Point of Sale

You have the option to purchase some products and pick them up at the point of sale. This option is available in the payment process, called "Pick Up in Store". This service is completely free.Products are subject to availability in the inventory.

When you choose the option to pick up in store, only some selected products can be delivered immediately such as:

  • Cakes
  • Croissant
  • Cheese sticks
  • Sandwiches
  • Fajitas
  • Eggs
  • Hot and cold drinks

To ensure availability and quality of our products, other products require that the order be placed 24 hours in advance.

GENERAL CLARIFICATIONS

All transactions made at www.harrypasteleria.com are subject to a process of inventory validation, coverage area, payment method, and personal data. Orders that do not pass this validation process will be rejected by the system. The result of the validation will be informed to the customer and if it is not possible to correct the data, the order will be canceled and if money has been debited, the refund will be made to the same payment method.

The delivery of orders is carried out within cities or areas considered safe for transport operation, at the discretion of the carrier. The product can be received and inspected by any adult who lives or is present at the delivery location, for which the signature on the transport document will suffice. If no one is present at the delivery site to receive the dispatched product, or the authorized person is not present, customer service will contact you by phone and email; if there is no response after three attempts, the product will be returned to the point of sale, your order will be canceled and if money has been debited, the refund process will be initiated, taking into account that the cost of shipping will not be refunded.

The customer and the carrier must check that the delivered product is in good condition. If no claim is registered by the customer on the corresponding transport document, it will be understood that the receipt of the product was satisfactory. If the product inspection is not carried out at the time of delivery, the customer has 24 hours after receipt to notify Harry Pastelería of any issue with the product. After that time, no claims are accepted. If at the time of delivery of the product, the customer rejects the receipt of the same for a reason unrelated to the responsibility of Harry Pastelería, the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
